Do you actually believe a child of God
will murder another child of God?

You're showing your ignorance: but to answer your ???
1) NO: most definitely not by the Spirit of the Lord;
2) Paul WAS NOT a murderer;
3) it was Saul of Tarsus who persecuted "heretics".
Judging righteous judgment begins with having the right info.

Paul never once admitted to personally killing anyone. He merely testified to the fact that when a death sentence was pronounced upon someone, he added his consent. He acted as judge, not executioner.
"Breathing out slaughter" doesn't mean he actually slew anyone. It merely means he, in his rampage, threatened folks with the death penalty if he should catch anyone of "The Way".
Apart from all this, whatever Paul did pre-conversion matters not. He wasn't a child of God until born from above by the Holy Spirit through the death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Christ Jesus.

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
