We must not let offense determine our theology.

This evening I had the pleasure of speaking to my esteemed colleague, Philip Harrelson. In our conversation we discussed a wide range of issues. When we got off the phone this was a thought I had from this conversation.

We must not let offense determine our theology.

Amen, I agree. Tragically that has not been the norm in typical church circles. We are all shaped by our circumstances and experiences through life.
