I really think he is more moderate, but everyone's view of moderate is different.
He has an all women church. Last time I saw him, he had no men in his church. I'm sure it not by choice.

Chandler is in northeast Texas. In the general area between Dallas and Shreveport.
Bro Proctor is a good man. His in-laws attend our church. Not being a preacher...I don't know how he leans as far as views are concerned. I would say more con than lib, but again....I don't attend the meetings.

I attend a conservative church, a few years ago we had a Bro. Proctor preach for us at the time he was from Paris, TX. Might be the same preacher he looked like he was in his late 50's early 60's.

Bro. Proctor is a friend of mine, his MIL and FIL attend the church I am honored to pastor. As I would not want all the ins and outs of my life discussed good or bad in an open forum, PM me if you have a direct question or PM me and I will put you in contact with Bro. Proctor himself and you can ask him.
He is a good man.
God bless...........

Looks like this thread is over.
Any other names someone would like to explore?
