I love it when the Snowbirds fly in over the airport for the show silhouetted against Mt Baker in Washington State.

Several years ago I was at a Titans NFL football game here in Austin when the flyover after the National Anthem was done by a B1 bomber.
This guy flew really low over the stadium and then just over it he pointed the nose straight up almost and gave it everything those jets had!
It was amazing. Every seat in that 69,000 seat stadium was shaking. I had goosebumps.
I have also enjoyed a lot of other flyovers including a cool one by some wicked looking Apache Attack helicopters in close formation.
I took my boys to a civilian airshow when they were about 12 and 10 and the FAA had a program (I forget the name) where they teamed up with pilots who built and flew experimental (homemade) aircraft to take kids flying. My boys got to fly in some cool "kit" planes homemade by the pilots. They even got to fly the plane (control the yoke). They had a blast. While they were up I kept praying for their safety as I knew I would be dead meat with mom if anything happened to them while flying in "experimental aircraft"!
As a boy in Alaska either the Thunderbirds or Blue Angels used to practice in the sky above my house. I loved it.
