You're the NFL commissioner: What do you do with Michael Vick?
Ban him from the game on the presumption of guilt and knowing that if he gambled on dogs trying to kill each other he has gambled on other things as well... possibly even a Falcons' game or two.
As far as reality, I still say due process must be extened even when we dont want it to be. Defending American principles always includes defending even the most unsavory part.
Vick likely will be either proven guilty or will plead to some lesser charge. If in any way shape or form, he proves to be complicit in this, he should be banned for life from Football. However, Due Process MUST be extended.
the falcons on the other hand have every right to excercise exisitng morals clauses that are standard in all NFL contracts stating the appearance of wrongdoing is punishalble. they have the right to bench him now. I would.
