Anyone know anything about drums?

I have a set of hi hat cymbals, that my sister wanted me to sell on ebay for her. I have absolutely NO idea how to even begin to describe these-- other than what it says on the cymbal itself.

Is there ANYONE on here that knows a little about drums that might be able to look at the pictures of these things, and give me some idea what I need to say about them?

All my sister said is that they are in excellent used condition.

I looked around on ebay, and since I know nothing about what I'm looking at-- I just got even more confused about these things.

I do know that they appear to be worth something, because people are bidding as much as $170 on a pair that looks similar to what I have here.

They are Zildjian 13" hi hat cymbals. No dents or pings in them... appear to be in very good condition.

However, I'm afraid that my lack of knowledge about them might steer a buyer away from the auction.

Can anyone help?

Feel free to PM me if you can, and I'll send you a picture of these things...

Thanks in advance!

Write just what you have here with a pic of the cymbals.

Hi Tina,

I'm a drummer as well as an avid Ebayer and Zildjian cymbals are top of the line. They are indeed worth some $$$ when in good condition.

The name Zildjian along with a pic will do most of the talking for you on ebay. Then simply mention good condition and you are good to go.

For a starting price, look for other cymbals like them, as it sounds like you have already been doing. This will give you an idea of where to start the bidding.

Thanks.

I just listed them with a starting bid of $14.99. I figured I'd let whoever knows something about them decide what they are worth.

The cheapest 13" hi-hat cymbals are $130 for the Zildjian.

Ha, you have reminded me of the time when I came to the Lord and told my mom about being called to play music in church. She was so happy that she went out and bought me my first bass guitar...I'm sure she may have regretted it, haha!

YOU are a wonderful mom for allowing 2 sets in your home!!!!!!
