Prayer Request

The father of a friend of mine from church is needing urgent prayer.

He's been diagnosed with Cellulitis, which can be life-threatening. A few weeks ago his leg began hurting, but he didn't say anything to his wife or family because he didn't want to have to stop working or get it checked out.

He was finally taken to the hospital last week after having a high fever and his leg became swollen. However, because of his insurance, the hospital had him move to a "recovery center" yesterday . . . even though his leg hasn't been properly treated. The nurses from the hospital were upset that he was being moved and agreed with the family that unless he gets proper treatment he will lose his leg and possibly even his life - if the infection gets in his bloodstream.

Now he's in a Glendale "recovery" center where he doesn't want to be; the family is trying to move him back into an urgent care/hospital facility, but this recovery center isn't letting them without some dumb documentation or paperwork.

I was told a man from her fathers church was contacting a lawyer to try to get a way to expedite his return to the hospital; and to get him the treatment he needs.

The family is pretty upset and stressed over this, so please pray for the family and for this man. He's in a lot of pain, can't walk. He has a high fever that comes and goes; and his leg is still swollen.

Lord God,

Again today we lift this dear man up in prayer, humbly asking You to

intervene as only You can and bring deliverance, in Jesus Name! Thank

You, dear Jesus, for without You we can do nothing! But nothing shall

be impossible with YOU!! Thank You for what YOU will do for this man

and his family, in Jesus Name!!
