I heard this message this morning check it out!
This is a message by bro Kelly he spoke it at PSR in 1992. But he said some stuff out the UPCI that we seen come to pass in real life in our times. I don't know what his name is. If you know who he is let me know, please. This was a great message, I just wanted to share it..

I didn't listen to the message. Just guessing that any Brother Kelly preaching PSR would be Elder Steve Kelly. Could be wrong.
