For those of you old enough to have enjoyed David Fuller's ministry at BOTT and other venues when he was UPC many years ago here is a link to the church he is Bishop of in Texas where you can find podcasts to download of many sermons / lessons free of charge.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: David Fuller Sermons
CC1 - he was mightily used. However, he left a lot of broken people and carnage in his wake.

Yes. I know the circumstances. Interestingly enough I have never actually heard him preach either in person or via media but I remember at the time I had many friends I respected who said he was one of the greatest teachers / preachers in the UPC during the period he was active.
I have had multiple UPC preachers tell me that his final BOTT sermon was one of the most moving they have ever heard, especially in hindsight. It was titled "Wounds That Never Heal" and below is a link to it on Youtube.

I was there when he preached this message. Incredible message. I told a friend I was with that it seemed he was preaching to himself with that message. Good to see he's kept the new birth message.

I'm fairly certain Bro. Phillips was instrumental in helping restore this brother.
I don't know the circumstances and don't need to. That being said, I would almost rather hear a message by this brother today.
I sometimes wonder if the apostle Paul and his comrades walked into a city with a wowser of a sermon...doubtful. They preached their testimony. And pointed it all back to Jesus. Bro. Epleys statement is accurate. But wouldn't it be wonderful if some of these men and women could give their testimony of restoration? I'm not as enamored by the "A" listers of Pentecost anymore. I've seen enough to know-Charisma is cheap...character (real) is priceless.

I heard him preach at General Conference in 1993. After it was over I overheard Sister Urshan telling him how much his message blessed her.
Having been employed by and very engrossed in Jimmy Swaggart Ministries before his fall, your "A lister" comment really resonates with me. How devastating that was. So much of what Swaggart preached needed to be heard by the AG and Charismatics. So not only did he discredit himself, but he also discredited the message. That wing of Pentecost has never been the same and nobody ever really rose to fill the void. Wilkerson never really was a TV preacher to begin with. The more conservative elders in the AG are all dead. And the fact that Jimmy set out to destroy others while living a double life towards the end makes it even harder to grasp.
Interestingly enough, Marvin Gorman was fully restored by the AG not long before he died. A good friend of mine is a Sectional Presbyter with the AG Louisiana District and was one of the few on a board of 20 to vote against Gorman's reinstatement.

How come the apostles never had these problems?
