2016 UPCI General Conference Media

I was hoping that at least the GC David Bernard's message would be up on the UPCI website for free but so far it is not. Just for sale here.
(They do have his message from the 2016 BOTT for free at the UPCI website.)

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
