I missed the part where Ronnie said he wanted protesters to leave on stretchers or that he wanted to punch one in the face.

The clip of him speaking is night and day compared to Trump's incitement of violence.

I'm sick of people trying to claim Trump is just like Reagan. Trump isn't worthy of washing Reagan's underwear, much less being compared to the great communicator.

Oh, and btw, Reagan gave substance in his speeches. Unlike Trump, who gives a speech only a third grader would appreciate.

In the video, the commentator stated it was Reagan's Chief of Staff, not Reagan. And it wasn't "use whatever means necessary."

Watch again.

Reagan fully backed his Chief of Staff's comments. And who cares what he was, governor or POTUS? If you are consistent you should be getting your panties in wad over this since you blame Trump over a spectator punching another spectator. But since the only consistency you have is being inconsistent, I'm not surprised.

And again, this is different than if Reagan would have said he wanted to see the protesters leave on stretchers or he wanted to punch one in the face.
