Make beef taste like wild game!
Here's what I have:
Cook some chicken in skillet (like a drumstick) using butter, salt, and cumin. Remove chicken, add more butter until it's foamy or frothy, let the seasonings cook in it until the butter mix is dark. Add roast, sprinkled with sea salt or kosher salt and a little bit of cumin (just a little!). Stir it around until butter coats all sides and top of meat. Cook it however long you like (medium rare is best!), let sit on a plate for a minute or two so the juices will redistribute and then eat.
Try it and let me know if it worked for ya. If it doesn't, then you did it wrong.

Bear is still wild but tastes more like beef than venison.
Actually, I like all 3.

Yeah, I hate gamey taste. I don't like goat, duck or quail so far.

NOTHING tastes like beef, except beef.
But, try marinating venison in milk overnight. Removes the game taste. (Not sure why you'd want to do that, but...)
