Re: I need prayer warriors!
sandy002,
Change is always stressful. Particularly when we know it will mean difficult times like your temporary change in finances will. I suggest two things. One is to keep your mind focused on the end of this path where you will come out of this change with a new skill set that I am assuming will allow you to earn more money and is something you want to do. Every time you become discouraged remind yourself of why you are doing this and that it will be worth it all when done. Secondly, once you and your husband have done all that you can in regards to planning, cost cutting, etc put the matter in Gods hands for further wisdom, guidance, and peace of mind.
Good luck and God bless in your endeavors!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
