Obama has broken ACA law?
Obamacare IS the law of the land. It was passed by Congress. Therefore, Congress is the only legal authority that can alter it.
In that case, by what authority can a President alter the law in any way unilaterally? Is there something within the law that gives him authority to grant exemptions, or delays for big business? If not, he has broken the law.
