Discussion on the flu shot on the "mandatory flu vaccine" thread has got me to wanting to take a poll! You can choose more than one answer.

I got the flu shot, and am now suffering from a horrible cold! (I'd rather have the flu than a constantly running nose, plugged up ears -which will take a month or more to unplug, and sore throat!)

Can't you also have a running nose, plugged up ears and a sore throat with the flu? Just add a nasty fever, chills and aches

I always heard neck up......it's a cold.
Neck down, the flu.
My hubby and I have not had the flu shot
and do not plan on getting one.
Thankfully, no flu.

Got the shot. Got the flu. It was considerably mild though. Then again I don't ever get "that" sick.
Flu shot's already mandatory for us military folks.
