It was a joke, but the response of the high-pitched screamers was indeed very sad.
Still, no one in their right mind, here in America, would think for a second that Foxx was being serious.

You're kidding, right? Maybe to the ones in the crowd it was a joke, but REAL people that are poor may actually believe that. And I think that is one of the saddest parts of Obama being President. Many of them do believe he is going to save them. By enabling them to let the government feed, house, and clothe them.
