Well, this might be a stretch, and it would depend on how many real workers you have, how many decent size shopping centers are in your area--but we have a fundraiser that has raised us over a $1000 a day MANY TIMES.
We hit our record with my three kids, a foster child, and working with my supervision.

I don't have all the details on how she set this up-- but our pastor's wife did a "feast of the tabernacles" dinner... we sold plates to local businessmen, church members, and people from other churches for $250 a plate. Raised almost $40K in one night. They had a display of the blueprints of the church we are about to start building for people to view so they could see what they "invested" in. They also had the drama team perform for entertainment, etc... Just let me know if you want me to get info from her-- and I will ask her for details for you.
