We don't want to be told we have to buy health insurance! We don't want to be told we can't buy the light bulbs we want to buy---cheap ones versus expensive ones! We don't want to be told we have to develop green energy that's less effective and more expensive and can't compare with good ole fossil fuels! We don't want to be told we can't eat French fries, hamburgers, coconut oil, Twinkies, potato chips, ice cream, hot dogs, beef, pork, donuts, or anything else fatty and delicious! We don't want to drive stupid battery operated cars that have to be recharged every 100 miles! We don't want to bail out failing banks, car companies, solar panel industries! We don't want to pay for government agencies throwing $800,000 parties in Las Vegas! We don't want Christian hospitals to have to perform abortions against their will! We don't want to accept illegal immigrants crossing our borders and breaking our laws! We don't want gays in the military! We want to be left alone! Stay out of our way! We don't want to pay higher taxes, higher food prices, higher gas prices,

Provide basic services, provide military protection, provide Constitutional leadership----AND LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!

You say, "we" but most Americans polled didn't mind gays in the military, and apparently, neither did most military folks.

I'm just saying Sir-- your rant does not represent the majority of America.

Most people want efficient, long lasting bulbs that reduce your electric bills by the hundreds anually.

The push for green energy is finnaly forcing the automobile industry to create mnore efficient gas burning vehicles. FORD has been selling cars to Europe getting 50 MPG's for several years now. Why won't FORD market those cars here?

Public school is run by the government and there is a solid argument that the government needs to be more health conscious in the food options they offer to American children.

Furthermore, it is good for the First Lady to take up a cause. Mrs Reagan's was Just Say No to drugs-- which are illegal. Mrs Obama's is high fructose corn syrup and other poisons that are banned in the other industrial and educated countries-- but not in America?


You don't want technology, you don't want America to remain on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to anything! You want us to get left behind.


As long as your job industry isn't affected, you don't care what happens to those AMERICAN companies that employ your NEIGHBORS!


President Obama's record on immigration is better than ANY OTHER PRESIDENT IN RECENT HISTORY!

Most Americans polled are not in the military. Where is the poll of military personel? The poll taken in my unit said no.

Because our union plants can't build them affordable.

Instead of "going on" , why don't you elaborate on Obama's immigration record please? As far as I can see he has all but ignored the immigration problem. His administration has made it a point to shoot down any efforts by border states to curb the immigration problem while offering no solutions of their own.

If Americans want the weaker, more expensive light bulbs fine, let's see if the market will support that fairly instead of hurting the incandescent light bulb makers. Let the market decide, not govt.
