Spain will be counting American votes in 2012

To borrow a phrase from Ron Paul from his website:

1.) The Obama Government has outsourced the counting of votes for the 2012 election. But since WHEN does the nation need to outsource a task as uncomplicated and straightforward as vote-counting?

This used to be in the hands of the American people.

Hoovie, do you know anything about this ...whether it is true or not?

Can a President just unilaterally decide to outsource something like that. That does not sound plausible to me at all.

He's done way more than any other president it seems. For instance he gave Brazil money to drill for oil. Was that approved by Congress? He has given money to so many different sources that there never seemed to be any congressional action. I thought that was what Congress was for. No we have a president that does any thing he wants and gets by with it. If we don't stop him we will be governed by a dictator shortly! God help America if he wins in 2012.

That seems to be the accusation found on Ron Paul's website, stew.

But think again, all the presidents issue Executive Orders (EO) of which Congress takes little to no action to rescind them. Some of these orders are quite dubious when it comes to the welfare of the American people.

However, this is the reason I am asking to find out if it is true or not.

We shall soon see if it is true.

Even if it is true, the media will not report it as it would cause an irate public to be even more furious.

Seems to be I remember Pres. Jimmy Carter calling for UN international supervision of the American presidential elections in 2004 or maybe 2008. I'm not sure of the year. I thought, yeah, that's all we need is some outside alien group coming in here to help us get our voting right.

But even the thought of a foreign country counting our votes...seems like we are not able to take care of our own business anymore...

I totally agree with you.

I have not seen this covered anywhere else, but it really would not surprise me.

How is this even legal?
