Dedication
of the 3:00 minute mark on, to so many of the men training up their boys to be soft lovely dressed limp wristed sissies. (as is so predominate at UPC youth conventions). Sad.

There's is still plenty of room for non sissified UPC preachers...

You might enjoy Bro Johnson... Our ladies look like ladies... our men look like men

Hahaha... I love the Johnson's, but I never cared a whole lot for that particular song....
What's sorta comical about the song I posted, is ya know the guy singing likely had to get all prettied up b4 going out on stage to sing about men not gettin prettied up. Lol Still a funny song tho...(outside of the sin and worldliness therein, of course..)

Re: Dedication
I agree with you 100% Shag. My husband has been saying for a long time how sickening it is to see how many men are trying to feminize themselves, wearing pink and all the other things that go along with it. The feminist movement has worked a long time to get women to take over men's traditional roles, and now the men are being trained to become like women, and it all goes against the way we were created in the beginning.
Men are to be men, women are to be women, and there IS A DIFFERENCE! We are not inferior to each other, but there are differences that can't be explained away.

Re: Dedication
Back in the 1950's teen age guys wore pink oxford cloth shirts with their jeans and blue suede shoes. We also wore real thin pink and black ties. Jeans had to be bought too long and the legs had to be rolled up a couple of inches. Also, if I wore just a tee shirt and had no shirt pocket, the pack of cigarettes had to be rolled up in the sleeve of the tee shirt. Hair was greased down with Brylcreem or Wildroot Creme Oil, or Vaseline Petroleum Jelly straight from the jar. There had to be a wave in front or a couple of "jelly rolls" on top and a duck's "tail" in the back.
None of this would have been considered "sissy" back then or "queer" as it was called. I don't remember if we used the word "fag" that far back.
Note: the jelly rolls on Wally Cleaver's head below are a little farther apart than the way some of us wore them.

Re: Dedication
Some "holiness" preachers have been known to preach that a guy's hair had to be greased and parted on the left. A part on the right or in the middle was a sign of a fag. Also, spiked hair was considered "worldly" by some holiness folks.

Re: Dedication
I'm old enough to remember when facial hair was OK for men. Later it became "worldly and sinful." I also remember when people in our holiness churches dyed their hair. I remember that Bishop Hancock (Foreign missions secretary in The Church of Jesus Christ) used the same color as the wife of the pastor of the Apostolic Church in Warsaw, KY back in the 1960's.
