The Lord takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. However, it is just as true that when the wicked are gone, the rest of us may have peace and comfort.

Re: Kim Jong Il is dead!

I'm sure glad for the grace of God which has led me to a personal relationship with Jesus and that I can know I have eternal life (ref 1 John 5:1, 11-13). Based on what we have seen from Kim Jong on the news, he died without this confidence.

Basically that is what I am getting at. It is also why I shouted 'amen!' when Bin Laden was made into swiss cheese.

Finally. Isn't his heir the one who sneaked out of the country to visit Disneyland Japan several years ago? I hope it's that one. We need more dictators who enjoy Mickey Mouse and fewer dictators who are Mickey Mouse.

And then there are all the end-timers who still like to use numerology who will no doubt find great significance.
