How will the democrats replace ACORN?
ACORN was a criminal enterprise in so many ways. They laundered not for profit political donations, performed voter registration fraud, pushed union criminal activity ripped off the gubment with low income housing services and the list goes on. ACORN didn't submit payroll taxes withheld from workers to the tune of millions. The Democrats are dependent on this miss to win close elections. WIll the SEIU, the teachers unions and others fill in a few of the gaps that have been halted?
Are they 60% gone? Are they 80% gone and hiding under different new names?

Re: How will the democrats replace ACORN?
I would guess they are about 1 or 2 percent gone and are still very active under false fronts like Move On, Democratic National Committee, etc

Re: How will the democrats replace ACORN?
The T-Party is destroying the Republican Party, this will help the Democrat Party. I believe that all the hoop-la about ACORN was proven to be a set up, this is what I heard in the news. There are so many that are hurting because of the Republican Governors and when the police, firemen, teachers and the people that are close to retirement age and they can not retire, they will go Democrat at the polls. Republicans can not keep kicking the working middle class and the poor down and then expect them to go to the polls and vote for them.

Any one can retire. If you have nothing to support your assertion that anyone can't retire it is ok.
police, firemen and teachers were union and Dem so that doesn't mean they will switch.
Can you explain why there was in increase by nearly 700 in the number of state congressmen seats that switched to Republican last November?
From my point of view, doubling the nimber of people unemployed and doubling the number of people on gubment assistance under Obama qwould be a sign to an education person that Obama didn't improve what he promised. He just blamed and made it twice as bad.

I will assert that the Republicans want to raise the age of retirement. Are you saying that all the police, firemen and teacher that are under the unions are all Democrats, I don't think so. The reason why many of the republicans came into office in November is because more money for their campaigns came from other countries, and the republican party would not tell where their donations came from..US Chamber of Commerce. The people that voted for the republican Governor of Wisconsin, has regretted their vote, and are trying to recall most of the republicans that were voted in. I believe that most are seeing the error of voting republican, and will see how they want to destroy the working middle class.
By the way, I was going to start another forum with this next statement, but I will just go with it here. This morning I heard in the local news, channel 5, that the average CEO is paid an average of 9 million dollars a year. God forbid for them to pay federal taxes. The republicans want to take away from Social Security, Medicaid, Public Schools, Police, Firemen and Teachers. By all means, don't make those underprivileged CEOs pay any taxes, just shut the government down and that will solve the problems of our economy.

Re: How will the democrats replace ACORN?
coadie you ask me....Can you explain why there was in increase by nearly 700 in the number of state congressmen seats that switched to Republican last November?
That was my answer to your question for voting in November, and what has happened last November is going to determine the outcome of November 2012.
The answer is the Democrats will not have to replace ACORN, because the T-Party and the Republicans are doing a good job on their own.

It is simple. Republicans collected more votes.
The Topic is ACORN. Their ability to do voter registration fraud and vote fraud has been cut.
Obama is offering a damaging economic agenda and we all see the numbers.
ACORN is not around to launder money thru it;s intricate web of non profit entities for union political donations.
Fact, Unions had a lot of money to invest in Obama. They borrowed a lot on top of that. Now they aren't current on pension contributions and painfully need another ACORN to hustle illegal votes and contributions.

I had to quote myself again.....You speak about ACORN laundering money, just what do you call the way republicans got their donations, duh. Other countries that has investments in the USA, put their money behind the republicans last November, so the republicans could blast their lies on TV., to get the weak minded folks to vote for them. Now, just like in Wisconsin, they are regretting voting for the republicans. Those folks are wising up to the real facts of who is running our country, the US Chamber of Commerce and other countries that has their investment in the USA. The Obama machine is cranking up for the next election of 2012, and I am also.

So the weak minded voted for Obama and then the weak minded switched to Republican?
You want to entice the weak minded back to Obama.

Working Families Party and Data and Field Services are supposed to be separate entities, however they share office space and the now-disgraced ACORN NY HQ was also in the same building.

You give money that is deductible to a non profit which takes it to the next desk which is another ACORN shell company and the money is laundered.
ACORN is a criminal enterprise.
