Quote from Bro. Steve Pixler:
“Image and glory are always interconnected, and when humans start stealing glory, they’ll start perverting image.”
Agree or disagree? That is your privilege.

How long shall I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet?
1 Cor. chapter 14 and verse 8 KJV
8For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle?
Joel chapter 2 and verse 1
Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
It seems like an attempt to sound fancy but in reality, doesn't make much sense.
If someone else had made thsi statement, you would praise it. Think about this:
When I read this, a Biblical reference stood out in my mind. In 1 Kings 12:25-29, Jeroboam wanted to keep the people from going up to Jerusalem to offer sacrifices, so he built two calves of Gold. If you study this out, you will find that this was actually supposed to be a visible image of Jehovah. However, since Jeroboam’s intentions were purely selfish, he sought to steal the glory and perverted the image of God. Anytime we try to use our own ability to represent Christ, the image of God becomes blurred and people start to see us instead.

Really? Why? Why would I automatically be against Steve Pixler? For you you know, I may be good friends with him so stick it, Standard man!
Really...."Image and glory are always interconnected"??? Really? Says who? Where is that in the bible? What glory? Man's glory? God's glory? Sorry, it just makes no sense.
