Muse.....the band

Seems as if the topic of music has been discussed quite a bit on here lately. Discussions of preaching about the Beatles to the Clark Bros, aka "Sons of Sylvia". Music is a part of our persona. **disclaimer** I mean personA not person (that is to clear up any trinitarian theology that might sneak in here).

I am a fan of various types of music. I listen to music from Ozzy to the Osbourne Bros, famous for singing "Rocky Top", Go Vols! I am eclectic with my likes of music. I have been listening to Muse on the radio for a while. I don't own any of their Cd's as of yet. If you don't know who they are you might notice this song from the Twilight movie, soundtrack.

They are from England I do believe. I really dig their music. They are VERY awesome IMO. Are there any Muse fans on here?

Weigh in with your opinion. There are several other popular song they have out this one might be the most recognized from the Twilight movie.

Re: Muse.....the band

From "Resistance" by Muse......

Love is our resistance
They'll keep us apart and they want to stop breaking us down
Hold me
Our Lips must always be sealed

If we live a life in fear
I'll wait a thousand years
Just to see you smile again

Kill your prayers for love and peace
You'll wake the truth Police
We can't hide the truth inside

****This was quoted from http://www.museresistance.com/mlyric...stance.html***

Time is Running Out is pretty good. I also like Invincible. I'm not a huge fan, but I have some of their music on my iPod and they're a pretty talented band.

I'm a big fan of the International House of Prayer, Jesus Culture Music, and the Deluge Band. Check 'em out.

That was the "No No No" smilie, which probably means both 1) she doesn't like Muse, and 2) you shouldn't either.

I don't know about that. They have been around for over 10 years as it is. Last 4 albums all went platinum.

I enjoy their music very much. My favorite off of the new album is probably "Undisclosed Desires". I also like the fact that when they play Knights of Cydonia in concert, the harmonica piece from "Once a Time in the West" precedes it. Very, very cool.
