As many of you know I broke my ankle at work and had complications including weakness & chronic pain.
I appealed the decision to close my claim last March, it was sent back to the board at the end of Oct.
They recently agreed that I have chronic pain & now I am going through more evaluation to find out how much damage, pain, limitations I have.
I asked for retraining for a desk job, back dating the pay to the end of March 2009 when they cut me off & they will probably make a determination of monetary issues as they wind this up.

I meet with my lawyer the middle of this month to finalize the suit over our accident! We've turned down the first offer. Pray that they will bump that up. They owe us!!! What a big pain an automobile accident can cause!!
