I listen to ocean and rain in the head phones when trying to sleep in the car. The police discourage this behavior so I have my wife or one of the kids take over driving when I do it now.

The sound is relaxing and drowns out the other noises.

My job can be so stressful and listening to or watching the news is so stressful, that I have found myself listening to these more and more.
