Nope....I got to meet Brother & Sister Alvear!



I walked into church Thursday night after a long day and saw an announcement up on the wall that read something like "Landmark welcomes....." with their names. I was so excited and got to talk to her for a few minutes afterward.

Brother A took a picture of us... I fear the idea of it being posted.... not a good one of me at all!

How are the Alvears doing healthwise?

I'm so sad and envious! She was going to try to stop in Jackson and see me, and it didn't work out. They had to trade a vehicle or something. Anyway, I missed seeing her, and I would have loved to! Maybe next year!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting SIster Alvear years ago, in Racine. Mo. I was beside myself, she no doubt thought I was goofy!!

She has the sweetest spirit, and such a special lady. I truly admire her.

Besides, she had just gotten finished testifying... And kept using the scripture about God's grace being sufficient... Had I asked, she may have only reiterated her message!
