20 December 1913-The call for a gathering of “Pentecostal Saints and Churches of God in Christ” was issued in the Word and Witness. The meeting resulted in the formation of the Assemblies of God.
19 December 1915– Oliver Franklin Fauss, former United Pentecostal Church Assistant General Superintendent, was baptized in the Name of Jesus.
28 December 1916-Large group of Oneness ministers met in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The group formed the General Assembly of Apostolic Assemblies 2 January 1917.
6 December 1933-T.F. Tenney, former United Pentecostal Church youth president and former District Superintendent of Louisiana, was born in DeRidder, Louisiana.
December 1955–Special meeting of the Executive Board of the Pentecostal Assmeblies of the World was held in Columbus, Ohio to reaffirm the organization’s stand for Oneness and refute the aberrant teachings of Samuel N. Hancock.
20 December 1968-Groundbreaking ceremony for present United Pentecostal Church headquarters on Dunn Road in Hazelwood, Missouri. Mrs. Arthur T. Morgan, wife of former UPC General Superintendent, turned the first shovel of dirt.
