Hollywood insiders rip MSNBC, defend Palin
Finally, somehow allows their profession to triumph over rhetoric!!!
Kudos to Linda Bloodworth-Thomason!

Hollywood insiders rip MSNBC, defend Palin
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - In a room full of television industry executives, no one seemed inclined to defend MSNBC on Monday for what some were calling its lopsidedly liberal coverage of the presidential election.
The cable news channel is "completely out of control," said writer-producer Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, a self-proclaimed liberal Democrat.

Re: Hollywood insiders rip MSNBC, defend Palin
It seems there are several that are finally making a stand and admitting how biased the media (TV and newspapers) have been.

To save their reputations, I would hope they would.
What I am really hoping is that they have some pride in their profession and want use their profession to report and garner the respect of the populace. I may be hoping for too much! lol

The deal in this election is that the Democratic party could not nominate Hillary, because that would mean alienating the very African-American voters the Democratic Party is counting on for victory.
Like it or not, the Democrats have courted the African-American voters since LBJ's Great Society and have suddenly found themselves held hostage by that very African-American constituency who are now demanding Barack Obama be given the chance to win the top prize.
That's the bottom line.

I didn't say I didn't like black people. Our churches wouldn't be half as awesome without their exuberance.
But, in this election, I think I am right about the black vote.

The black vote goes 90+ percent Democrat anyway. So even if it was Hillary Clinton, there wouldnt be a significant crossover to McCain and the Republicans.
I think even Kerry in 2004 got like 91% of the black vote. So its not just an Obama thing. It's a Democrat/Republican thing.
