Barack Hussein Obama is not half black. If elected, he would be the first Arab-American President, not the first black President. Barack Hussein Obama is 50% Caucasian from his mother's side and 43.75% Arabic and 6.25% African Negro from his father's side. While Barack Hussein Obama's father was from Kenya , his father's family was mainly Arabs.. Barack Hussein Obama's father was only 12.5% African Negro and 87.5% Arab (his father's birth certificate even states he's Arab, not African Negro).

I've seen that a few places before.
I wonder how accurate it is.
I wonder how a person's "race" or "ethnicity" can be broken down so minutely.
It is my undetstanding that Barack Obama is as much Caucasian or white as he is anything else. He just chooses to classify himself as "African American." Aren't we as American citizens legally allowed to classify ourselves by any race or gender we want to?
Also, how "pure" are any ethnic groups?
From what I understand, my background is Irish/English/American Indian on my Dad's side and German/English on my Mom's side. What does that make me? I consider myself Caucasian or White.
How racially "pure" are any American Indians or African Americans in this country with a couple of centuries of inter-marriage and rape in their backgrounds?
Really, does it matter?

This is Obama's father. This is a black man. Period.
I think these continual attempts to portray the man as not-black, or as being "Arab" are just silly.
Skin color. Facial features. Hair texture.... how many of us don't know what a black African looks like?
But then again, why is the man's race even an issue? I have to seriously wonder about the motives of those who keep making an issue out of this.
