I wouldn't say that.
In my opinion, these are just Apostolic Pentecostal (often Oneness) who understand some parts of the Bible differently than others do. There is a wide diversity among Apostolics and Pentecostals.
In my opinion, Mark 16 tells of signs that will follow believers. Maybe not all those signs will follow each individual believer but in general, those signs will follow God's people. Mark 16 speaks of baptism, exorcism, speaking with tongues, and laying hand on the sick. We believe in and practice these pretty much. I personally think the references to snakes and poison refer to God's protection against such as in Acts 28:3-5 and 2 Kings 4:38-41. Others do not see it that way and believe in handling snakes, drinking poison, and handling fire (ref Daniel 3:24-27 and Isaiah 43:2). In my opinion it would not be right to handle a snake or to drink poison or to handle hot coals any more than it would be right to step out onto a busy freeway to prove God's protection from ongoing traffic or to inject myself with a deadly virus to prove God's healing power. But, I respect my brothers and sisters and their right to disagree with me on this.

Re: The Holy Ghost People.
For the past several years I have attended a prayer meeting on Wednesday mornings in the nearby city of Hamilton, OH. It is held in the parlor of an old historic Presbyterian church. That group has been meeting for over 40 years. It is led by a lady from and Assembly of God Church and another lady from the Hamilton Christian Center (I think that's an independent church or it may be part of the WME). There are about 15-25 people who attend every week. They start around 10 a.m., break from noon till one for lunch (brought in by the ladies) and then go till about 2:30. It is a diverse group with folks from several Pentecostal or Charismatic churches in the area nearby some folks who are members of that church. Several members of that Presbyterian church have been baptized in the Holy Ghost but the pastor (as far as I know) has not. But the folks are praying for him. They were quite encouraged one Sunday morning when he stood to give the benediction and stammered a little.
Any way, the pastor has come down for prayer at different times. He has a brother who has been fighting cancer and has had us pray for him. He has received some good reports and we attribute it to prayer. He recently came down and had us pray for him for wisdom in a building program they are going into. He specifically had us pray that God would furnish the $12 million dollars or so needed. Also, the youth pastor from that church has had us lay hands on her and pray for her.
The pastor said that when he first heard of this group praying in his church he was afraid that if he came down they would hand him a snake and pray over him in tongues. Well, I haven't seen any snakes there but they have prayed over him in tongues on different occasions and even gave prophetic words to him.
It's kinda sad that we are some times looked upon as looney snake handlers, tongue talkers, divine healers, and holy rollers but that just goes with the territory.

Ron Jones from Hamilton, OH, was singing and speaking at our church in 1987 when Ashley got the Holy Ghost. She was five and was standing all by herself while Ron was singing and she just started speaking in tongues and did that for about 20 minutes. She looked like a little angel.
Do you know Ron? He's been through a lot since that time. Maybe I've asked you about him before, but I can't remember. (Indulge me.....LOL!) He and Harold Andrews held us a revival.
