Brother Hutchinson, in your opinion, why aren't guys like this in the UPC, is it because the UPC doesn't recognize the office of bishop in title, other?

He is a former member of the Tristate Fellowship I used to be a part of. Until he began pastoring again, he was based out of a UPC church, though holding license with ALJC.

I don't know perhaps Brother Broadley prefers the ALJC, like Bro.Epley prefers the AMF.But this Brother can do really some great evangelistic preaching.
