How do I view the archives?

While I still don't have a clue about the archives, I DO know how to find the answer to your second question.
Click on Members List in the above navbar. Once there, click on the 'posts' link above the usernames lists.

To find the archives go to the bottom of the page and click on archives. It is sandwiched between the words, contact us, and, top. Contact us-Archives-Top.
