Fried pickles, Fried Green Tomatoes and corn bread&buttermilk.
Fried pickles, Fried Green Tomatoes and corn bread&buttermilk.
Man this spring time weather has given me a craving for good food.
Squash on the grill with shrimp and kabobs. Cat fish, deep fried.
Sweet Iced Tee, Cherry limes,, Mommy,
Steak, smoked brisket, baby back ribs dripping in BBQ sauce.
Jalapeños peppers stuffed with cream cheese and Corn chip a Ca-so.
Home made Salsa!!!!
Home made apple Pie and home made ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hot links, Polish sausage, Beer Brats.
Home made buttermilk Biscuits and gravy with eggs and Orange juice Outside in the morning before I go horse back riding.
Setting on my little John boat fishing for Crappie.
Cold drinks buried in ice in the cooler.

I wanted to go fishing today.... unfortunately hubby had other WORK plans for today. My dad's pond has the BEST catfish.... and it's about the kind of weather that we like to set up the outdoor fryer and cook fish outside.
I'm determined to go fishing.... maybe I should schedule a "field trip" for the kids. Wouldn't it be considered educational to learn to bait a hook, remove fish from the hook, etc....

Put a little Cayenne pepper in the batter.

LOL! I'm a little finicky perhaps but not THAT finicky.
I'll have you to know sir, that Canada - to be more specific - Grand Manan Island, is the first place I ever had such a thing. Ugh! But then I'm not a big pickle lover anyhow. Each to his own.
