A wonderful LADIES TEA night!

This was one of the funnest Ladies Tea I have been to!

We had an incredible ladies tea Friday night! It was a Mad Hatter Tea Party and it was hilarious. I was so excited because I got to do all the desserts and I had a blast....My mother in law was the speaker and she also painted different scenes from Alice in Wonderland... She is an incredible artist! We also had a crazy hat contest! It was so much fun! Check out the pics!

These are just two of the scenes she painted by herself on nothing other than bedsheet! It was amazing!

These were really cool scenes... The cat was actually drawn by hand and painted... Then she glued him to the tree!

I made this topsy turvy cake and it was a blast to do! I had more fun but it took me about 6 hours to do!

Re: A wonderful LADIES TEA night!

This was the first time I actually made a "teapot" cake. I had a little trouble with the handle because the fondant took too long to harden... But it was too cute! That one only took me about an hour!

Re: A wonderful LADIES TEA night!

This scene was one of the hardest for my MIL to paint.... If only I had that talent!!!!!!!!!! The rabbit was also drawn on poster board and glued onto the sheet!

Thank you! I would love to own my own cafe.... That has been my dream for some time now... But I really just play around with it! It is a hobby... A very "fattening" hobby!

Re: A wonderful LADIES TEA night!

These swans were soo tasty! It's actually the cream puff recipe and so easy and yet, it gets the most compliments..... with a custard filling and usually topped with chocolate, you have no choice but to eat one...........
