He Is Trustworthy.

What then shall we say that Abraham,our forefather according to the flesh has found ?For if Abraham was justified by works,he has something to boast about,but not before God,
For what does the Scripture say? ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD,AND IT WAS CREDITED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS. ROMANS 4:1,2,3,4 NASB

Most of us familiar with Bible have read how Abraham trusted in God and God considered him as righteous,and due to Abraham's trusting faith in God, it produced works that were a result of his personal trust in God.

But yet do we stop and consider that if Abraham did not have something trust-worthy to place his faith he could not have righteousness imputed to him.

Most of us take saying we believe In Jesus Christ,or we have faith in Christ as light church phrases.
But stop and consider that Jesus is a God that is trust worthy because what He promises He always delievers.
The best of the best of humanity might let us down and betray our trust,but with God it is not so.
Anytime day or night Jesus Christ can be trusted and the fact doesn't change,His promises are always unfailing and we can place our faith in God because He is trust-worthy,in this shaky world of change,we can rest in the fact that Our God is always trustworthy and that fact can never change.

Jesus Christ is trust worthy and He is worth being true to,because He can never fail,and what He said He will do He can and will do.

But The Lord has lain some things on my heart to share.
I might try some more out here if anyone is interested.

So true, Brother Scott. You are reminding me of a portion of scripture the Lord gave me a week or so ago.

When I was praying He impressed me to read Isaiah 53. When I got to verse 12 I knew what he was trying to get across:

"Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong..."

After His death, burial and resurrection and after having spoiled all principalities and powers He gives gifts to men - He shares the spoils with us.

Whatever we need, if we are abiding in Him and He in us - He provides everything!!!! He is faithful!! Verse 12 is a promise.

Yes I know what your saying. I've done my share of studying out a matter, but as these forums work you really can only take one small aspect of it and post on that or else you run the risk of it not being read. I tend to get excited and write a book about an observation that I have. I've done that too many times to count. But post more of these little moments of truth for us all to read.

Amen Pressing On.I tell you to be honest I am facing a kinda of awkward time of life,and if I went by my emotions,I would quit because here lately the emotions aren't there but emotions will betray us.
Even though this is a trying time for me emotionally God speaks to me from His word.

I've learned more about the power, faithfulness, love, mercy and steadfastness of God being in the very place you are facing!!!

"...for when I am weak, then am I strong."
