Does anyone have the skinny on the National ID act that was set to be implemented May 2008. I think 21 states have officially passed legislation stating they won't participate which shoud suspend it for awhile. I know this is a sign of the times but it's particularly disgusting to think it was signed by Bush (yes I voted for him twice).
