"Tolerance" training?
If it is and if the trainer is a woman, have some fun with her. Slap her on the rear when she walks buy -the reason she is even teaching the class is because she is jealous of the women who GET that type of attention in the first place.

These things are usually dreamed up by some desk jockey who is paid to dream up such things but has no practical understanding about the subject at hand.
