"Tolerance" training?

If it is and if the trainer is a woman, have some fun with her. Slap her on the rear when she walks buy -the reason she is even teaching the class is because she is jealous of the women who GET that type of attention in the first place. :)

These things are usually dreamed up by some desk jockey who is paid to dream up such things but has no practical understanding about the subject at hand.
