Brother they are Trinitarians who need to get saved and get a real testimony.
There are many groups who rehabilitate, some people come out of prison and walking the line. Brother what we have is way more than sloppy agape.

Seriously, you need to get out of your little box and go meet some people...
Because that man with his testimony has done more for people and reached more people and shown more people Christ than you will ever in your entire life in the last 3 years....
So, seriously, back off, you have no clue what you are talking about.

You call this revival???
Even if we use your definitions of "saved" and "truth" this was no great revival.
You think a bunch of drug-addicted gang bangers wandered in here and got saved? These were ticket buying fans who were as "saved" as the singers. Why do they spend money to go to these concerts? Because they've already bought in to whatever message these singers are preaching.
These concerts are "preaching to the choir." Nobody spends money to go hear what they don't agree with.

Yes, but then again when he told his testimony about suicide and drug addiction and then had people raise thier hand who had thought about suicide in the last month, about half the hands went up (if not more, I wasn't really paying attention)
What you are saying is like saying that GC or Youth Congress is just preaching to the choir, but you know it isn't... and at $5 a ticket I garuntee you those youth groups bring people along who aren't fans....
But, hey, keep ripping on what they're doing... No one in the church is hurting... Our teens aren't sittin gin the pews cutting and contemplating suicide, nah... Not our teens... dream on, bro, the kids in the pews need Jesus as much as the kids in the world and, sometimes, its harder to reach the pew-sitters... They know how to fake it to the point that people like you don't pay attention...

c) i'm not by any means suggesting that tent-revivals are cutting edge anymore, but the HG is certainly still being poured out.... i know of numerous churches that are experiencing amazing HG revival....

a) I know I haven't seen anything, but I've seen a lot... and a lot more than I have wanted to in many ways...
b) nope. and I find it funny that you consider 55 in a weekend or 125 in one service something special... The Bible speaks of 3000 not in one meeting but in ONE MOMENT!! We are missing something massive about this whole thing... It isn't the place we are that stops us from having "revival" (for lack of a better term) of Biblical proportions, its us that is the problem...
c) It is being poured out, just at a pace that is barely pouring... Molassas is too fast to describe how fast the Holy Spirit is coming out... and there's something wrong with that, and it isn't God who's not right... its us...

Greetings, Brother!
Jon told me I needed to come hear the original so I could realize where you get it from!
I would have loved to hear your dad! He certainly doesn't appear to be 81. You can tell him that I said he sure looks good for his age and having to put up with you! They sure don't make them like the "old breed" anymore. Sacrifice is no longer synonymous with ministry and we, the church, are poorer for it.

Well that proves it... God is still in control in the Oneness movement!

I mean...
Even if you are right, why aren't we seeing 3,000 saved at a time?? Why do we celebrate 3 like its 10,000 like in the Bible??? I mean... its sad...
and the worst part is our 3 is like 1/10 of a person (at best) in the Bible's time when you compare population and population density....

how many have I been to? I've been in the church since I was 11, so in 13 years I've been to a ton of revivals in multiple churches and the same thing always happens... 5 people TOPS get saved and everyone acts like this great thing happened and pretends 3,000 got saved just like in the Bible...
but it wasn't just like the Bible...

Luk 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
Luk 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God
over one sinner that repenteth.
What more can I say, really? Wow! I can't believe your comments. I am in awe EVERY time even ONE person receives the Holy Ghost. It amazes me every time just one person is saved. Jesus is so wonderful and gracious - His saving power thrills me beyond words... YES, even when "only" ONE person is saved. I just don't know how to respond to your lack of "awe" and amazement of even ONE sinner repenting. There is joy in heaven - joy in the presence of the angels of God - over ONE SINNER THAT REPENTS! Praise God! He is good and He is still saving lives. How wonderful!

I'm so sorry. I didn't realize it was you, LarryBoy. I humbly stand corrected and chastened. I will do my best not to compare our miniscule revival with these rock concerts anymore.
