Ferd, admitting to using illicit drugs and being investigated for stealing drugs from a charity are two different things in my opinion. However, my point is that with how minutely I have seen the lives of the Obama's scrutinized from basically their birth on...I would be surprised if I would not read about stealing drugs from a charity here if it were about one of them. I may be wrong, but it is my honest opinion given the tenor of the campaign talk surrounding them.

further when the person sponcering the bill tried to add language that Obama wanted, Obama blocked it. He never said at the time there was a federal law.
It is a matter of record.

See, when I was a kid, I was told in school that no matter what, anyone born in the US was a citizen of the US. In addition, if they had at least one parent that was a citizen, regardless of where they were born, they were American citizens. Neither is actually true. I just found that out about two months ago.

They may be born a citizen but they don't necessarily retain their citizenship beyond age 18, if they live in other countries or become citizens of other countries. I don't know specifics, but some countries make you give up citizenship in your country of birth if you become a citizen of their country.

Ferd, I wasn't trying to get a big long argument started, but let me say that the questions about and scrutiny of the Obamas are much much much more than the question of his birth and campaign related issues. There are tons of websites that have been built that are dedicated to Obama "secrets" that go far into a place outside of policy and politics. In that climate, my observation is simply that one of them stealing drugs would have gotten plenty of play. Just peruse some of those sites and see how many articles snopes has had to write just to refute some obscure accusations and claims...and you may see what I am saying.
I am not referring to any issues that are directly connected to this campaign, and it shocks me that you don't see that...so I guess we are just both shocked

Some folks are purposely spreading misinformation.
Some folks are genuinely ignorant of the fact that coffers for the "Right" have been unduly vicious with their rumors and lies being spread in the form of "legitimate questions".
