Re: Nona Freeman died last Sunday? Collapsed? ...

My guess is that she didn't die if she isn't dead now.

Re: Nona Freeman died last Sunday? Collapsed? ...

This thread has me a bit confused. Almost like the episode of The Simpsons "Who Shot Mr Burns?".
"First he was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced 'dead', then he was transferred to a better hospital where he was pronounced 'critical'....."

I know and believe God is able.

I know and believe that Apostolics, in our zeal to glorify God, can exaagerate perception over fact.

If it wasn't for her age and who she is, I'd be real skeptical.

But I do believe that Sis Nona Freeman experienced a miraculous touch from the Lord and the folks in DeRidder witnessed it.

Do we have a generation today that can't believe in miracles and have to "figure out" how it could not have been a miracle?

When we have people lie to us and/or say things that are at best half truths I think it's fair that we have the facts....especially since we attribute it to God. People throw the word 'miracle' around so easily today. Much of what are 'miracles' are simply the providence of God. God can and does heal....and sometimes He does use supernatural means.

I believe this, I know the folks at 1st church and I don't believe Bro. Lewis would have said this unless it were true.

I am relishing this miracle. I think it builds our faith. We need MORE of it.
