I've lost 20 lbs. since the beginning of the year on Weight Watchers.
Since my surgery, I really haven't regained an appetite, so I'm going to take advantage of that and just keep doing WW the best I can.
I did find out my new knee weighs .5 lbs - lol!

That's awesome, Renda. I need to get moving and get some of this weight off. I just haven't gotten the motivation yet, though!
