Wife hits husband with SUV after argument over recalls

A Chippewa Falls man who repeatedly tried to block his estranged wife from driving to the polls Tuesday was hospitalized with head, neck and back injuries when she struck him with her sport utility vehicle.

Jeffrey Radle, a Gov. Scott Walker supporter, was on foot.

Amanda Radle, a recall proponent, was in a Dodge Durango.

The pair had been arguing early Tuesday afternoon over who she was going to vote for in the gubernatorial recall election primary, said Chippewa Falls Police Chief Wendy L. Stelter.

"She was planning on voting for a certain candidate, and it wasn't the candidate he wanted her to vote for," Stelter said.

Are we going to do the same to each other?

Re: Gay Marriage Thorny Issue for Obama

Which is why I never tell anybody who I am voting for.

Not a dime's worth of difference betwixt Romney and Obama. Personally, I just do not see why the pubs plan to run on the same platform as the crats?

"Cause you think someone would run over ya?

You are so right. Part of me wants Romney to lose because, America only fights when we think we are losing anything and because, I would like all of the GOP Elitists to take a hike - Karl Rove leading the way.

Or maybe they miscalulated, I don't believe it will improve his electability.

Heh heh heh. There is more than one way to run over people. I think that I have been run over every way imaginable. . Some cause body pain...some cause emotional pain. I learned to swerve when it comes.

Makes one wonder whatever happened to good ordinary people. All of Washington is mostly lawyers who try to pull the wool over our eyes...all legally.

Strange that he finally "evolved" in just enough time for the election.

He needed $$$ from his base, so he came out of the closet, fact is he was likely lying when he said he was opposed to SSM.

ayr - and that is where you are wrong. My company spends millions in studying politics, legislation, candidates and now Supreme Court rulings. I just left a national conference where the differences were discussed between what would happen if BHO was re-elected or not.
Let me say that my company does not take a side in politics. Our PAC supports candidates from both parties and we were publically praised in Congress in the last six months for the work we do. This praise was from both sides of the aisle.
Now, some of this depends on the SCOTUS ruling. The scary thing I heard was that Chief Justice Roberts, does not want this court to be perceived as political and this may have affected his decision on how to vote on the healthcare bill that is up for review. He does not want a 5-4 decision. But, there is no other hint on what the ruling will be.
Now to the difference. If BHO is re-elected, the conclusion reached is to buckle down, go lean and spend as little money as possible until we know how Obamacare will work. Which is what we have been doing since it was passed.
If Romney is elected, then the assumption is that Obamacare will be quickly dismantled and we will go back into a growth, hiring and acquisition mode.
There is much more, but this post is too long, anyway.
So, there is not only a dime's amount of difference, but billions, possibly trillions, amount.
