A lot of politicians do. The only time they darken a church door is at election time. One Apostolic church in San Francisco even allowed Gavin to come in and speak to the people. Politicians don't impress me,they are merely my employees!
I'm not sure why we expect politicians to be more perfect than other people we know who has had an affair. People seem to come unglued when it happens to a politician or preacher . The last I checked they put their pants on the same way we do. They aren't perfect. That's why we pray for them , but if it happens both should resign ASAP.

That is what many Republicans do best-- no different from the tactics of the Democrats in regards to Blacks throughout the 80's and 90's.
There is a large element within the Republican party that thinks they have Christians in their back pocket and will pull the "Christianity" card at will.
The politicization of Christianity is a very, very offensive political tactic-- more so than the Democrats manipulation of American Blacks.

People are people. Flesh is flesh. As humans, it doesn't matter what political party you're a part of, temptation faces everyone. Some have the integrity to stand against it and some fall to the temptation.
I'm glad you're perfect and more moral than everyone else though ... I mean you must be, the way you're going off on the sin committed by this man.

I don't have to say one word about my morals, the way I live my life says it for me. There are plenty men in church and out of church with good morals who dont go around the country saying the are the moral ones like this jerk has.
I can care less about the sin this jerks commits. He can continue living with both his wife and mistress for all I care. What I detest is his and the republican party claiming they are so moral, claiming they are the party of family values.

In Texas a marriage license is not required for a couple to be married. The couple only have to agree to be married. Know your facts before you spout off so ignorantly.

No marriage license is required in Texas? You mean we went to all that trouble for nothing? We could have saved on gas, as well as getting blood tests.

That’s right Cindy in Texas two people who live together and agree to live as a married couple is considered married by the state and must get a divorce if they separate with property disputes.

Evidently you do also. The repugnats have had two just this week one in Nevada and one in SC that have a problem with family values, they can't keep their pants up. Oh did I forget the queer repugnat that got caught in the bathroom or the queer in Florida. I could go on but I think I have made my point with reasonable people.
