Thad, my point was that this is not a HQ thing, they always send the cards in Dec., and they send out all the cards without pulling any recent changes. They will send out cards for dead preachers, this is not a new thing. It is the DS who pulls the recent changes.

If CA cards have already been sent, my guess is that the DS was just really on the ball this year. It would be his first go round with the cards, so perhaps there was a little excitement in the process. Traditionally they don't go out until the first of the year.


I don't have any idea how the AS situation works, but HQ is always a little behind the loop.

You know, it's funny... but I was talking to a really nice single sister who goes around singing a bit. The subject of different music conferences and seminars came up and she mentioned this one keyboard playing gentleman out west who does voice coaching as well. I heard deep respect in her voice. She used words like "wonderful!"
