I don't think he stated this. I think he stated what other faiths are battlig over...if they came here and saw this big battle being advertising on TV...it does look very weird.

Just think it's absurd to equate the 'TV issue' with communion and homosexuality as Thad did. The last 2 are battles worth fighting and dividing over.

Television in and of itself is a very trivial issue... the reason I am passionate about it, is because I consider it a litmus test as to whether someone is even on the same planet I am on. If they aren't on the same planet I am on, then I doubt that they have anything that is worth listening to.

No Dave, I just think that some of the Pentecostals might read about the things they are arguing about and think " WHY are they arguing about something that is already in the word of God"? there's nothing TO argue about it. this would leave many here shaking their heads just as much as someone reading about our debate over TV

Because our rightly dividing His word has eternal consequences but to put television on that level is a mistake.
