What about the one from El Monte? The Pastors son was directing a youth choir that one some big awards and appeared on a Disney awards night on TV...
I have it on disk somewhere but it would be cool to find it on the net

My daughter goes to Eastwood in Lake Charles and is privileged to enjoy the music of Aaron and Vonnie Lopez almost every Sunday!
You know what surprised me is that Aaron speak very little Spanish. He understands well but doesn't speak well at all. I am not sure his son, a great golfer, speaks any at all. He told me that many of the AA kids are that way. Why do you think that is... absorption into the culture of the USA?

Many AAs are english speaking congregations. They used to be for the service of spanish speaking but the services are in english often. I have been to services where some of it was in spanish but most was in english.
The thing is now they have 2nd and 3rd generations whose first language is english. Many of the souls they reach out for and convert are Mexican Americans born and raised here.
I don't know if they all also have a spanish outreach but we really need them here

3 generation usually understands it but don't speak it.
by the 4th gereration they can't even understand it.
My father could only understand his native tongue(he was 2nd generation) because my grandmother couldn't speak or understand english. she was not allowed to work or be educated so no chance to learn it either. Just stay home and hordes of Kids, cook & clean lol
