I agree with that concept completely, but perhaps not in every application as he would define it.
Let's not herald this concept like it's fresh manna from Heaven never heard tell of before Randy Hollis burst on the scene like a shooting star.

I cannot stress enough how VERY FEW Oneness Pentecostals teach a principle based lifestyle. We definitely want to impose certain aspects of the Mosaic law in the 21st century church.
The more I read his article, the more truth I see in it.
However, it is possible to have a right concept, and a wrong spirit.

I am afraid he's going to become a wandering star if he keeps going where he appears to be heading.

I disagree with your "very few" estimate.
Maybe we travel in different circles.

Probably so, because adherance to certain sections of the law are in vogue among MOST Oneness Pentecostals.
Deut 22:5 being primary.
Why do we lift that one verse out and leave everything else?

PP, I think you are aware of the implications of something being an abomination unto the Lord?
We might disagree on the application of that principle, but it is as much a part of God's moral law as the Ten Commandments.
Ceremonial ordinances were nailed to the cross, but not God's moral law.
But I know you surely know this.

From his "blog" :
Quote:
As a representative voice of generation of young preachers who have been manipulated, controlled and decimated by a religious system and structure that longed for conventional conformity, rather than the release of the individual to be anything and everything that God preordained them to be. I chose to depart from that place of spiritual lethargy where there was a greater concern for politics, systems, and ego’s than there was for the salvation of my generation. This system of thought seeks to nullify the ministry and malign the name of anyone who holds a differing opinion or seeks to express the creativity of God’s call personally. But, I declare prophetically that a new day has dawned...
From out of the bleak existence of repressive and manipulating religious structure, I have come. I was broken. I had lost my identity. I had lost my confidence. I had questioned my calling. I became suspicious and untrusting because of my past hurt-filled experiences. But it was God who was leading me to and through this strategic period of change. It was my birthing chamber. It was my tunnel of chaos. And, it has been through that relationship that God began my process of restoration. I now enjoy renewed confidence and have rediscovered a fresh passion for souls. My heartbeat is to reach out and find another minister in the same stratus of confusion that I was in, and help them understand how the pieces do fit when joined in the process by spiritual Fathers, brothers and sons for the purpose and propagation of the Kingdom!

I hope someone has remembered to bring the barf bags on this flight.
When those who leave can't resist bashing and criticizing their heritage and the church that nurtured and birthed them, it is very, very telling.
Disgusting.

PP,
I'm curious as to what points of the Mosaic law you see being imposed. Could you elaborate?

LOL
My point exactly. They are holding him up as a trophy of sorts. Is it true he was an ultracon darling not too long ago?
