Re: ILG - Vaccine Hysteria
ND - glad to hear the good news on your little one and thanks so much for sharing pictures of her. What a precious little girl! We are praying that no side effects will come of this difficult time that you've been through with her!

Re: ILG - Vaccine Hysteria
And, really, 100 cases of the Measles is NOT an epidemic in a population of 320 million people. Good grief!

Vaccines should never be mandated.

How did she KNOW it?
I got vaccinated and did not get autism.

I don't know who says its an epidemic but the definition of an epidemic has little to do with what percentage of a population gets a virus and more to do with large numbers in a short period of time...compared to the norm
"An epidemic (from Greek ἐπί epi "upon or above" and δῆμος demos "people") is the rapid spread of infectious disease to a large number of people in a given population within a short period of time, usually two weeks or less. For example, in meningococcal infections, an attack rate in excess of 15 cases per 100,000 people for two consecutive weeks is considered an epidemic."

So, also, from the above an epidemic can be locally. So 100 in Orange country (Disneyland) could be considered an epidemic or at least heading there

Because he was perfectly healthy and had a reaction to a set dosage he was given.

Hence parental choice and no mandating should always be the rule.
Interestingly, my daughter's mid-wife knows one of the CEO's at Merck. She asked him if he would give his children vaccines. His response, "H*** no.

It's the measles. It's not Ebola.

I saw that video a while back! Had to watch it a few times to make sure I heard what I thought I heard. And the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is a huge supporter of vaccines, especially overseas. IIRC, they're being sued in India over many deaths associated with some vaccine they were pushing.
